  • ✔ Online Express Entry tickets are day admission tickets, not timed appointments.
  • ✔ Complimentary visitor parking is proudly subsidised by the Queensland Philatelic Council.
  • ✔ Online Express Entry visitors simply scan their QR code on arrival.

QSACS26 Event Hours, Ticket Prices & Entry Guidelines

Online Express Entry tickets are $4.00 (+ Eventbrite booking fees). Door admission is $5.00 per person, per day (Cash & Card accepted at entry). Children 16 and under enter FREE but require a booked child ticket via Eventbrite.

🎫 Ticket Prices & Entry Guidelines

  • Online Express Entry: $4.00 (Plus Eventbrite booking fees – skip the queue at the entrance)
  • At The Door Payment: $5.00 (Cash and card accepted at the gate)
  • Children & Youth: 16 and under are completely FREE to enter.

Your Admission Ticket Includes:

  • Full entry to the National Competitive Exhibition floor (475+ frames).
  • Access to the complete Dealer Marketplace and Australia Post stands.
  • A complimentary official QSACS26 Event Guide & Dealer Directory.

⚠️ Official Lineup & Queue Protocol:
1. Early Line Access Only: Arriving 15 minutes early grants access solely to join the designated internal Australia Post queue inside the foyer.
2. No Early Hall Access: Early access does not permit browsing, dealer service, counter purchases, or floor access before the official public opening time.
3. Entry Priority Order: At public opening, the pre-lined Australia Post queue is admitted first, followed by remaining Express Entry ticket holders, and then on-site door purchases.

QSACS26 Public Entry and Parking Map - Sleeman Sports Complex

The Queensland Stamp & Coin Show 2026 (QSACS26) is hosted at Chandler Arena, Sleeman Sports Complex.

• Main Ticket Holder Parking (P2 & P3): Free parking for all ticket holders in Car Park P2 (via southern Ring Road) and Car Park P3 (via Old Cleveland Road or Tilley Road).

• Public Drop-Off Zone: Located inside Car Park P3 along the designated loop adjacent to the outdoor velodrome (Note: No public bus service operates inside this loop).

• Accessible & Mobility Access: Priority PWD parking and step-free venue access are located in Car Park P3, leading along the paved accommodation pathway directly to the Chandler Arena entrance.
• Pedestrian Routes: Marked walking paths connect both P2 and P3 car parks directly to the main entry foyer.

Parking is 100% complimentary for all QSACS26 ticket holders across designated complex lots. Follow the on-site event signage upon entering the precinct.

♿ Level Ground-Floor Access: Step-free entry ramps and continuous flat surfaces lead throughout the entire arena layout.

🪑 Seating & Rest Areas: Plentiful seating zones are spaced throughout the main dealer floor so you never have to stand for long periods.

🤝 Companion Cards Supported: Valid Companion Card holders receive complimentary admission when assisting a visitor.

ℹ️ Active On-Site Assistance: Look out for our dedicated QSACS26 volunteers out on the floor for real-time assistance or directional guidance.

🚗 DRIVING & ON-SITE PARKING

Parking is completely complimentary for all ticket holders across the entire four-day event window. Upon entering the Sleeman Sports Complex precinct via Old Cleveland Road, follow the prominent event signage directly to the designated visitor parking lots. Accessible parking spaces are available closest to the arena entrance.

🚌 PUBLIC TRANSPORT NETWORK

Prefer not to drive? The Translink network provides direct public transit connections. Standard bus routes stop directly within the Sleeman Sports Complex grounds, a brief flat walk from the arena doors. Regional visitors can connect via major train hubs with intersecting bus services.
