QSACS26 proudly hosts Australia's National Stamp & Coin Collecting Exhibition, bringing together collectors, exhibitors, judges and enthusiasts from across the region.
Over four days, visitors can explore hundreds of exhibition frames featuring stamps, postal history, postcards, coins, banknotes and specialist collecting subjects while discovering the stories, research and history behind some of Australia's finest collections.

The National Exhibition is the centrepiece of QSACS26, bringing together exhibitors from across Australia and New Zealand to showcase research, rarity, storytelling and collecting achievement. Across hundreds of exhibition frames, visitors can explore stamps, postal history, postcards, banknotes, thematic collections and specialist subjects that reveal the people, places and events that shaped our world.
Every exhibit represents years of collecting, research and preparation. Some exhibits showcase extraordinary rarity. Others reveal fascinating historical stories, new discoveries and specialist knowledge. Australia vs New Zealand
The Australasian Philatelic Challenge
One of the exhibition's premier attractions, the Australasian Philatelic Challenge brings together selected exhibitors representing Australia and New Zealand in a unique trans-Tasman competition. The challenge highlights excellence in competitive exhibiting while allowing visitors to compare different approaches, collecting traditions and research strengths from both countries. Each participating exhibit forms part of a larger team competition, creating an exciting national and international dimension to the exhibition.

The Stories Behind The Postcards
The Australasian Postcard Challenge celebrates one of the hobby's most fascinating and rapidly growing collecting areas. Featuring exhibitors from across Australia and New Zealand, the challenge explores social history, travel, architecture, advertising, transport, cultural heritage and everyday life through picture postcards.
Visitors can discover how a simple postcard can preserve remarkable stories and provide unique windows into the past, connecting various eras and regions through intimate visual records.

Core Criteria
All exhibits are assessed based on standard Australian Philatelic Federation (APF) and FIAP guidelines:

Assessment Process
The national jury conducts rigorous evaluations throughout the opening days. Judges use a points-based system to determine medal levels. After judging, exhibitors are invited to attend feedback sessions to discuss their assessment and receive guidance for future development.
RECOGNISING EXCELLENCE
Awards, Medals & The Palmares Dinner
Outstanding exhibits will be recognised through a range of medals, awards and special prizes celebrating achievement across the exhibition. The exhibition culminates with the QSACS26 Palmares Awards Dinner on Saturday 15 August 2026, bringing together exhibitors, judges, sponsors and guests to celebrate excellence in collecting, research and exhibiting. Exhibitors and judges will also receive a specially struck QSACS26 exhibition medal commemorating Australia's National Stamp & Coin Collecting Exhibition.
